Our suspended super scorpion type rotary tiller, gets its scorpion movement from the tail shaft. Perpendicular to the direction of movement and half a moon, with blasting feet (chart) and roller group, it is a soil milling cutter with blades placed on the shaft, rotating parallel to the soil surface. By providing the decomposition of organic substances such as stalk, green grass and plant residue, it enables these to be mixed into the soil. With the blasting feet attached to the front, the soil is blasted and then the soil is processed with blades and compressed with the roller group in order to get the soil ready for planting. Thus the functions of various tools such as plow, harrow, bolt have been gathered in a single machine. Our machine mixes organic compounds into the soil by milling without spoiling the structure of the soil. The soil processed with our machine will settle quickly and hence seeds will germinate in a short time. It can be successfully used in the preparation of the planting bed of crops and seedlings. It ıs produced with four cycles.

The vertical milling tractor, which is rear shaft driven, robust and useful, is an equipment that prepares seed beds by processing the soil. It is easy to use and it meets all needs of farmers as it can be produced in various horizontal sizes (between 1000m and 6000mm.) Our vertical milling part can be produced as either foldable or fixed. It can process the soil vertically up to 28 cm depth. Thus, it will not form a mount and as it does not turn the soil upside- down, the soil keeps its humidity. Thanks to the toothed roll at the back of the machine (for seed germination), it prepares ideal and very even seed beds and so yield will be enhanced. Furthermore, by combining the optional hydraulic attachment with any drill (PNEUMATIC and GRAIN) with VERTICAL MILLING, it saves time and fuel by processing soil and planting at the same time.

Our interrow hoeing machine, which is among our wide range of products is a suspended type taking its movement from the tail shaft and then it transmits it to the final drive. It operates with a chain-gear system in each milling unit through a shaft. It is used to hoe the rows in between of plants such as beet, cotton, sunflower, corn, soy, tomato, bean, tobacco, melon, watermelon, sesame and other produces in a row. It protects the soil from weed by refining it and it loosens the soil by airing it. The soil will not lose its humidity and it will prepare the soil for better soil embedding. It will save hoeing labour by 70-80 %. A fertilizer distributer or a furrow opening apparatus might be attached to our machine upon wish.

The professional field type rotovotor with digger series produced in our factory takes its motion from the tail shaft and is a milling part that moves perpendicular to the direction of movement and it consists of blades. Our machine is used to hoe fields and it mixes organic substances in the soil (stalk, green grass and all kinds of plant residues) into the soil by crushing them. It also avoids microorganisms to be destroyed. Thanks to the rear cover, while our machine is processing the soil, it performs an ideal field process by performing the levelling process. It is produced with one our four cycles.

It is an equipment which enables us to recycle fertilizers and to give the organic items that we gained from the soil back to the soil by shredding any plant residues on the soil (wheat, sunflower, corn, cotton stalks, pruned tree branches) and similar plant residues. Thus the need for fertilizers will decline. It is an equipment that takes the movement from the tail shaft, which is connected with a three-point suspension mechanism. It is an important equipment used in agriculture and thanks to its slides and the roller behind it, it can protect the crushing and balancing damage due to the fact that it can work without touching the uneven ground despite the surface defects in the soil.

The chisel series produced in our factory are used for deep soil treatments. It tears the soil from the bottom without tipping the soil, allowing the winter rains to go deeper, thereby removing the moisture in the substrate upwards in hot weather and delaying the surface irrigation as much as possible while meeting the water requirement of the plant. It protects the beneficial microorganisms on the soil surface and helps the natural development of the product. The chisel legs and ends of our machine are made of special alloy steel within our company.
